"TAKE THE PATH THAT FEW HAVE TROD UPON"

This is what the LORD says: "Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, 'We will not walk in it.' Jer. 6:16
"Seek the path that is hidden among the mountains. Take the trail that few have trod upon. Take the road less traveled. I am calling some of you to walk a road that only few have traveled on before. It is a road that is hidden. It is almost obscured by the rocks and trees among it. It is a way that my prophets of old traveled upon. Along this road you will hear the sounds of my spirit echoing in your heart. You will be lifted up upon the wings of my spirit. Remember that Elijah was fed by the brook at Cherith.I had him walk to a place where I fed him there.
I am calling a company of prophets. I am calling them to walk this road. You may have been hurt or bruised by those around you, but you need to know that I will feed you. You will be taken to places that you know not. You will walk upon roads where the wind will strike against you but you will hear my voice inside you telling you to go on.
Consider those who have gone on before you. Remember those who spoke to kings, and those who warned of things to come. You may be shunned by the church but you are held in honor by me. Go on, speak what I have given to you and continue your persistent walk along this path."

"I WILL GIVE YOU THE WORDS"

3 When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. 4 Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. 5 Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. 6 The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of ones life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell. James 3
"My people, keep on the path that is ahead of you. Do not swerve off to the right or to the left. I will guide you in these days, says the Lord. Even though the sky above looks dark, I am still there guiding you through the midst of it.
Remember that a ship is controlled by a rudder. One small device controls the whole ship. The same is true of your tongue. It is a small member and yet, it can bring about a heated argument or be used to bless others. Remember this in your dealings with others.I will give you the words to speak in this hour. You will be brought before kings and queens. Do not worry what you will have to say, for I will give you my words. I will pour forth my wisdom in this hour, and I will give it to those who ask, And I will give you supernatural strength for these days, but learn to add endurance to this. For it is greatly needed in the days ahead.
No one will be begging for bread in my kingdom. I am able to meet your needs far beyond what you may ask or imagine.
Be innocent as doves but wise as serpents. "

"OCEAN WAVES"

For the director of music. A psalm of David.1 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. 2 Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.3 They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. 4 Yet their voice[b] goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.In the heavens God has pitched a tent for the sun. 5 It is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, like a champion rejoicing to run his course. 6 It rises at one end of the heavens and makes its circuit to the other; nothing is deprived of its warmth.
"Is there not anything that I can do in your lives, my people? Is there not any prayer that I cannot answer? I do not answer always according to how you might think I would answer, but I know what's best for you.
I will take care of my own in these days. I will deliver you from trouble. When the storms come you can run to me. Come and find that quiet place where you can worship me in spirit and in truth. Let the ocean waves pour over you. Consider that eternity can be found in those ocean waves as they beat against the shoreline. There will be times when you will know that I am there right beside you. There will be other times when you will just have to trust me and know that I am there right beside you.
It is said that you can find eternity in a grain of sand. It is plain to all that my creation speaks of me. My creation pours forth my speech. Does not a forest speak of me with its gentle brooks? Do not the stars speak of my eternal love for you? Even the wildest of animals show forth my glory upon the earth. My speech is continually heard if you would but listen. But even in the stillest moment my speech can be heard. For there are murmurings in the earth. There are sounds being played out. For the earth waits for the sons of man to be revealed. All creation waits for my regenerating power. All creation waits to be released from its bondage.
The final act is about ready to be played out. Its actors are ready to come upon the stage. For the beast and the man doomed to perdition are soon to be revealed. They will come thinking that they can offer peace to all; but peace is not what is to be found.
Listen to the waves as they come pounding upon the shoreline. Look at your lives and see me in them. But see eternity also reflected in each of them. Each of these waves that comes upon the shoreline represents the entire history of the world. Its dates and events are reflected in those waves. As they come nearer and nearer, then the events of the last days will be poured forth upon the shoreline. They wash and recede just as my word does. "

"WHERE ARE THE JEREMIAH'S OF THIS HOUR?"

16 Jeremiah was put into a vaulted cell in a dungeon, where he remained a long time. 17 Then King Zedekiah sent for him and had him brought to the palace, where he asked him privately, Is there any word from the LORD? Yes, Jeremiah replied, you will be delivered into the hands of the king of Babylon. Jeremiah 37
"Where are the Jeremiah's of this hour? Where are those who would speak for me in unadulterated speech? Where are those who would have a fire burning in their chest? Where are those who would set their face like flint and go on speaking throughout the crowd?
For many are still timid and hold back in their speaking for me. Many have become like a 'lifeless flute.' My servant Jeremiah never held back. He was thrown into a pit---he suffered the loss of many things, and yet he kept on speaking for me.
Do you not know that I can still raise-up Jeremiah's in this hour? Do you not know that I an give you the very words to speak? I will send some of you to the high offices of this land and through you, you will break down the walls of indifference. You will break-down the chains that have held many. For truly, it is time for these things. A revolution is on the rise. A revolution is arising. For my people will be given back the things that they have lost. The cankerworm has stolen but I will replenish the storehouse. I can hear the drums beating out these things. Thus would say the spirit of the Lord."

"DOES WISDOM NOT CRY OUT"?

Does not wisdom cry out,And understanding lift up her voice? 2 She takes her stand on the top of the high hill, Beside the way, where the paths meet. 3 She cries out by the gates, at the entry of the city, At the entrance of the doors: Proverbs 8
"Does not wisdom cry out? Does not wisdom cry out in the streets? It says to all those who are simple, 'Come and share what I have to give to you.' Surely my wisdom will guide you in these days. Surely it will illuminate your spirits. Surely you will know the right way to go along my pathway. Have I not told you? Have you not seen? That I the Lord, created wisdom long ago. It was my workman; and I delighted the work that was being done through her. She gives gold and silver of my spirit to all who ask of her. For without her, you will stumble and fall in these days. Would that you would come to my arms and let me unfold you and give you my secrets.
Do not follow after your own devices. Do not simply walk out the path according to your own plans. Learn to inquire of me, and surely, wisdom will guide you. Embrace her and she will embrace you. Love her and she will love you. She was my work from the beginning. She was alongside me, always delighting in what I was doing through her. Treasure her above all else. Do not seek honor or fame, but only seek to find out the way that wisdom would act. Then you will walk along the straight and narrow. Then you will not fall. "

"PREPARATION FOR THE DAYS AHEAD"

15 So when you see standing in the holy place the abomination that causes desolation,[a] spoken of through the prophet Daniellet the reader understand 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house. 18 Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak. 19 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! 20 Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until nowand never to be equaled again.
(During our time camping the last couple of days at Lake Isabel, Colorado, the Lord began to speak to me about some things that lay ahead for us as believers.)
"People will run to the hills in those days. For in those days the tribulations will have increased. Woe to those who have put their trust in riches. For your riches will not sustain you in that day.
Behold...many will be forced out of the cities; for the evil which will have taken over, will have forced many of my children out. But to those who stand strong to the end, I say, to fortify your walls.
For these days are hastening forward. For those days that are coming will be days of scarcity---many will be without a source of income, but in spite of this, I will meet the needs of my people.
For out of the dust, and out of the wilderness of those days, a people likened to those of old, will shine with their eyes like unto the sun. For my wisdom even surpassing that of Solomon, will be poured out upon them. For they will reflect my glory. They will come together as one. For your churches will have fallen, and your homes will be those of the wilderness, and you will share all things in common.
The minstrel will sing a new song. The desert flowers will bloom. For even though there will be devastation all around you, my people will find sanctuary under my wings.
For these are those who will come out of the Great Tribulation. Many will have fallen away, for the great deceiver will have caused many to have drifted away.
Do not speculate about how all these things will come to pass. For you don't know the hour of my coming, but I will tell you that there are just a few years left. When you see them gathering against my nation Israel, then you will know that the time is here.
For as the lighting strikes and gathers across the skies, so these days will approach in the same manner.
You cannot save enough to guard against these days. But if you are as wise as the ant prepares for winter, then you would have learned a lesson."

"PLACES OF SANCTUARY"

18 that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might[a] have strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us. Heb. 6:18
(At the beginning of this word I saw the young Mary with Joseph traveling upon a donkey as they had left a city behind. The city was behind them and was seen in the distance. They will traveling upon a desert-like terrain.)
"I tell you the time is coming when you will leave the cities. For the cities will have been devastated. They will have been taken over by others. For just as Joseph and Mary had left to go to another land so will many of you. For as I have warned you before, your nation will be occupied by an outside force. The day will come when many of your lands will be occupied. I do not say these things to cause fear in your hearts, but that you would be prepared for them beforehand. I've always provided a way out for my children in the past, and this will be true with this as well. For I have already put it into the hearts of some that they might build a place for others. For there are places far from the traffic of the bigger cities where one might find sanctuary. "

"I AM AGAINST THE SHEPHERDS"

7 Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD: 8 As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, because my flock lacks a shepherd and so has been plundered and has become food for all the wild animals, and because my shepherds did not search for my flock but cared for themselves rather than for my flock, 9 therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD: 10 This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am against the shepherds and will hold them accountable for my flock. I will remove them from tending the flock so that the shepherds can no longer feed themselves. I will rescue my flock from their mouths, and it will no longer be food for them. Ezekiel 34
"I tell you my people, it is time for many of you to go back into your caves. It is time for some of you to "inquire" of me. For many of you have been "misled" lately. You have been lured to sleep by the enticing words of some preachers in this hour. For their persuasive speech did not originate from me. They have set-up their own kingdoms rather than mine.
Who is to be your pastor rather than me? Who has been set-up to be the Great Shepherd alone? I tell you that these are not done by my hand. I alone set-up a man into office. I alone set-up a man or a woman to be my vessel upon this earth. But many of you "flock" to your own church to hear the words of the person who has been established to be the man who would pastor a church.
The entire system is faulty and is falling apart. But no....you would rather follow the traditions of man. You would rather have a Saul leading your church rather than a David.
But I tell you, your great buildings will fall. Your time will come; and then my true apostles and prophets will help set-up my kingdom. Then the foundation will be secure."

"DO YOU SEEK A SIGN?"

"Jews seek a sign, and Greeks seek wisdom, but I tell you that the only sign that is given to you in this age is the sign that Jonah gave at Ninevah.
For I came into this world to give myself as a ransom form many---I offered my body unto death for you; and I arose again from the dead. But what signs do you seek among the living in this age? Do you seek miracles? Do you seek healing? These are signs. Would that you would believe me without signs. The signs of my soon coming back should be obvious. For indeed I tell you, these signs will become more evident as this world is racing towards judgment. Judgment has begun, and yes, it has begun with the household of God. What other sign do you need? For the turmoil is everywhere, and yet, I still open my arms to a world that needs me.
For you will see the stock market crash more and more. You will see nuclear plants failing to work. The loss of jobs will increase to such an extent that people will be forced to steal. The rioting in the streets will cause the national guard to come in.
And yet, a remnant will return; a people who have been living out their lives for me. Their eyes will shine with my wisdom from above. They will be renewed daily in the light of my son. But until then, the world's upheavals will increase. Thus would say the spirit of the Lord."

"I WILL STRIKE THE WATER BEFORE YOU"

Fifty men from the company of the prophets went and stood at a distance, facing the place where Elijah and Elisha had stopped at the Jordan. 8 Elijah took his cloak, rolled it up and struck the water with it. The water divided to the right and to the left, and the two of them crossed over on dry ground. 2 Kings 2:7-8
"I tell you that Elijah struck the water. He came upon the stream and he struck it with his cloak. He crossed on over to the other side. I tell you that my Holy Spirit's power is ever-present within you. Many of you have longed to go over onto the other side. Many of you have longed to go to your promised land. I tell you that I will strike the river before you. I will enable you to go into other things. For you will find a way to cross on over. Just as there were stones in the river for the children of Israel to cross on over, so will you find these stones and cross on over.
For the Egyptians and the voices of this world, may be right behind you, but I tell you that they will not be able to cross on over to the other side. For that place is reserved for my saints. They will taste the effects of their own land's resources. They have a bitter cup to drink. But my promises are true, for I will save my own. I will rescue my own from many waters and storms. They will be rescued out of the great trials that they face. They will go through the fire but it will not burn them. "

"ABIDE IN ME AND THEN YOU WILL BE SAFELY GUARDED FROM THE STORMS"

1 Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God[a]; believe also in me. 2 My Fathers house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
"I go to prepare a place for you. I go to prepare a place for you, not only in heaven, but now. For I would have you to go into that place even now. For when you abide with me, you are safe from the storms.
For I tell you, the storms will increase all around you. There will be devastation and catastrophic events in these days soon coming, like none other experienced upon the earth. There will be nuclear reactors that fail. There will be floods that have already devastated many. I tell you that the eastern half of the United States will suffer a blow unlike it has ever had before. For there are extreme weather patterns that will cause many to run for shelter. But as I have said, there are many rooms in my Father's house. You will be protected from the onslaught as you "abide" with me.
For this is the first phase of judgment that is being poured out; but it will come in layers. Abide in me as I abide in my Father, and then you will be safely guarded from these things. "

"Free the captives, says the Lord. Tell them that now is theacceptable time of their salvation. Now is the time for them to befreed from their slavery. For why must my people be bound withchains? Chains are only for those who deserve to be in prison. Thecells are made to order there. But I tell you that my people havebeen bound by their fears, they have been bound by confusion, theyhave been bound by unbelief, and they have been bound by despair.
Have I not come to free the captives? I tell you that your chainsmust be "loosed." For they have held you for so long. They have keptyou in a prison of your own making; but I will open the door that hasheld your captivity there. The chains will break and fall off. Andthen you will run wild across the fields. Then you will behold thesunlight. For now is the acceptable time. Now you can run the racethat is set before you. Those chains were not meant for you, mychildren. I speak to the captives: 'I say to the chains, falloff!' 'I say that you must be released!' For those dungeons will bea thing of the past. Thus would say the spirit of the Lord."

"I KNOW THE PLANS I HAVE FOR YOU"

11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29<br.
"What are the plans that a man would make? Where do you find the right guidance for the road ahead? If you were to walk up a mountain, what would the right trail be to take? Would it not be wise to ask someone else who had gone up there before? Consider when you would take a trip or a vacation, do you not take the needed things with you? Is it not the same for you? For I have plans for your future. Why would you go to another apart from me? A battle is won with a great leader. The strategies are set and the men are set into place. The same is true of the kingdom of God. For I have a way planned for each of you. It is set out like a road map for you. But if you don't follow the signposts along the way, then you will deviate from the plans that I have for you.
Many of you have deviated from those plans. Some of you have taken a side road and you have ended up at a different place. This was not my design for you. Get back on the main road. Then you will see that there are fewer obstacles. "

"There will always be heavenly music around you, my people. There will always be signs of my presence. There will always be signs of my love expressed to you. There will always be signs all around you. Even when the earth shakes and the signs are all around you, I will be there with you.For I AM an ever-moving force upon this earth. Even though man has fallen into utter depravity in some places, I care deeply and I would that all men would come unto me. For it is my will that none would perish. For I AM the everlasting Father, and my sons and daughters are the works of my hands. So when I have brought judgment upon the earth it is not out of hate but of love. For I want to bring restoration to the people. I want those of you who have slipped away from me to come back again to me. For you know the story of the prodigal son. You know how he was welcomed back by his father. Even when you have fallen into all kinds of sins, I will welcome you back into my arms. For I AM the Everlasting Father.
Come back to me and return. Come back and return to my arms. You are the work of hands, would say the Lord. You are my workmanship. Many of you have drifted far and wide, and I have looked for you in far out lands. I see you from afar. Come back to me and then we will break bread again. "

"WHAT IS TO COME"

11 Disaster will come upon you, and you will not know how to conjure it away. A calamity will fall upon you that you cannot ward off with a ransom; a catastrophe you cannot foresee will suddenly come upon you. Isaiah 47
"The people of the United States will experience more calamity. For the hour of her judgment has arrived. For the sinfulness of the nation has reached such an apex that I can no longer tolerate it. My arm of judgment will sweep over your nation. For you have seen the floods and you have experienced the fires, but this is just a small taste of what is to come.
Oh nation that had once known my word, you have drifted further and further from the shore. But you have sacrificed on every hill. You have called truth falsehood, and you have ignored the orphan and the widow. You pretend to follow me with your lips, but your heart is far from me.
You seek your tarot cards and you follow after the astrologers of the hour. You speak with the dead, but I tell you that their only answer will speak of your misfortune.
Your mighty dollar will lose its value. I tell you that the entire system is sick, but you have not called for a doctor.
The next wave of judgment will be more severe. For I tell you that Las Vegas will fall. All of the gold and silver will be gone in a matter of hours. Watch as the city crumbles in its calamity. For the dominoes will fall, as one after another they fall.
But as for my beloved, those of you who follow after me, I will save you, and I will rescue you from the calamities that are to come. I will provide a way. I will shield you and I will lift you up. "

"I WILL BLESS THE WORK OF YOUR HANDS"

8 You will again obey the LORD and follow all his commands I am giving you today. 9 Then the LORD your God will make you most prosperous in all the work of your hands and in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your land. The LORD will again delight in you and make you prosperous, just as he delighted in your ancestors, 10 if you obey the LORD your God and keep his commands and decrees that are written in this Book of the Law and turn to the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
"I tell you that the days are here when my people will be given bread to survive the days that are ahead. For as the economy gets deeper and deeper, and people are out of work, I will provide a way, I will provide a way for them to support themselves. For as the world becomes more entrenched in debt, I will cause my people to find a way that they can work with their hands, and I will bless the work of their hands. For industry-related jobs will find that they have to lay off more and more people. What will you do when the only way that you can sustain your life is through your utter dependence upon me? Surely I tell you, that my people's faith is a strong and needed ingredient for the utter despair that people are facing in the midst of these economic times. For the mighty dollar is losing its value. There are some signs of some improvement, but I tell you that more and more industries will fail. But I provided for my people in the wilderness, and I can do that still. "

"I HAVE SET YOU APART FOR MY PURPOSES"

8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD. 9 As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55
"I have set many of you apart, says the Lord. I have set many of you apart for my purposes. Many of you have waited long; you have strained, and waited and waited, but I tell you that your day is arriving. For you have become as nothing to the world's standards, but to me you are a precious gift. For in the world's standards, man looks at achievements, but I look on the inner man. For my purposes are hidden from the world.
For I tell you, that the desert seasons have had their purposes. The times when you thought that nothing was happening, I was actually working behind the scenes. I was moving you to new avenues of my purposes. So know that when you have humbled yourself, that now you will be brought up. Remember that my ways are not your ways. Remember that I have a way that is designed to bring you to that place where I can use you. So now, don't look backwards, but look towards my ultimate goal. And then let the doors close behind you. For the door of my choosing is opening. "

"DO NOT LEAVE YOUR POST"

22:30 And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. Ezekiel 22
(One person cannot see everything around them that is going wrong. This is particularly true for a body of believers. Much of what involves the watchman is to be a watchman and to stand upon the walls and the post that he or she has been assigned to. We all are called to a certain post or place of ministry. The danger sometimes comes when we think that we should venture out into other territory and minister in a different way. Its also common for prophets and prophetic people to look so far out into the landscape that they cannot see immediate danger that is right before them. We need the eyes of everyone to see when danger is coming. )
There are things that have come into the camp of the Lord. I tell you that there are other influences that have come into the camp. I AM the God and Father of the church and I tell you that the walls have been breached. For many who were standing at their posts were too busy looking out into the distance that they did not see the skirmishes below.
This is true of many of my watchmen; for they have been so busy surmising the landscape beyond, that they did not see the trouble that was right at the door. You need the aid of others so that the eyes are all around the camp. One persons eyes cannot see everything. So watchmen, stay at your post. Do not leave, nor venture out into other territory.

"THE BIRTH OF THE MAN CHILD"

7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains. Matt. 24
"Be at peace my children, for even though the storms rage wildly in the world around you, I AM in the center of the hurricane. I shall lift you up above these storms. Many have lost their lives and their belongings, but I tell you, that they will be given back more. For even as Job lost much in the great trials of his life, he was given back double for all he had had.
Even when the storms break; even when the darkness comes at its greatest intensity, I AM still there with you. I AM the light in the midst of the darkness. I AM there in the midst of the ravaged landscape. I AM a hope and a strong tower for all who come to me.
I tell you my people, indeed these are those days spoken of in my word. These are those days that show the birth pangs upon the earth. For a woman must go through birth pangs in order to deliver the child within her. For the birth child will come. The man child will come. Those things that have been stored up within the birth pangs will give rise to the sons of glory. These are those who have been weathered and tempered. These are those who stand ready at my command. For in the midst of the ravages that come upon the earth, there is a people who will send forth my glory. They will do and exhibit signs of glory. The sick will be healed in my name. For when the world is at its darkest, then my light will shine even the brighter. "
