ISA 49:9 to say to the captives, `Come out,' and to those in darkness, `Be free!'
ISA 61:1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners,
(The Lord directed me to follow Him, and so I did. I followed him down a series of stone steps. I noticed off to my left was a figure who was crouching against a wall. They were oblivious to me and did not move. The room or cell, was dark, and although there were a couple of windows there, it was night outside, and the moon shone into the cell area, giving a very dismal effect. There were stone benches around the parameters of the cell area, where people could sit, but there was only the one figure who was in this area. I was directed to follow into the next area. I followed and noticed that this cell was joined with another one. Here there seemed to be several figures at various points on these stone benches around the room. However, none of them seemed to notice any of the other people who were there. They were kneeling, laying down, and sprawled in different positions throughout this cell area that they were in. I then followed and went into the next room, and the next, each room joining another one, with much of the same type of person or people in it. Even though there were countless rooms that adjoined each of these cell areas, the people who were in each were confined to that area, and seemed to be oblivious of the fact that there were other rooms. Finally, I was shown an old Bible that was in a niche on one of the stone walls. It had been there for some time collecting dust, and seemingly had not been used by any of its inhabitants. I considered the fact that perhaps many of these people had the means of alleviating the situation, but had either given up, and had decided that their situation was hopeless.)
"Each of these rooms represents the world that many of my people live in. They have shut themselves off from the rest of the world. They are confined to worlds of their own darkness. I have provided my word, and yet they will not use it. I can set them free, but will they want to be set free? I have sent many of you into the prisons to set my people free. Go and proclaim liberty to those who are in darkness. "
PR 8:34 Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my doors, waiting at my doorway.
HAB 2:3 For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.
MT 7:24 "Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. [25] The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. [26] But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. [27] The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash."
"When you receive a word of prophecy, do not immediately "run" with it. Inquire of Me "what" to do with it. There are so many "words" coming forth in this hour, and many oftentimes, are forgotten. What becomes of these words? For there is wisdom in waiting. Would it not be better to "know" what to do with my message? And what kind of action do you have with the words you receive? What will you "do" with what I have told you? Otherwise, these words are spoken into the wind. My kingdom is involved in "doing" and not just in "speaking." To be sure, each has their place. Know how these things operate, my people. Then you will be equipped for the hour in which you are living. For indeed, this is the purpose of a "master builder," for there is a strategy in knowing "how" to implement what is being said. Remember that blessed is the man that "does" what he hears. Then your house will stand erect and it will not fall into the sea. So go and speak my word, but put it into action. That is what my kingdom is about. "
1KI 17:15 She went away and did as Elijah had told her. So there was food every day for Elijah and for the woman and her family. [16] For the jar of flour was not used up and the jug of oil did not run dry, in keeping with the word of the LORD spoken by Elijah.
Then He said:
"I have many divine appointments for many of you, my children" I have set-up many series of events and they will come your way. These appointments are for the purpose of joining you with others. Will you notice them? Will you be sensitive to them? Be aware of them, for surely, they will come your way. "
"I Am a God of divine appointments. For there are many of these shown throughout my word. For alliances will be formed and strategies will be made---Divine strategies and divine appointments. But in order to see them you must be sensitive to my Spirit. Watch for them for they will surely come in the midst of your everyday lives. Was not Elijah sent to the woman in the north? Did she not receive an endless supply of oil and bread because of this? And will you not receive an endless supply of my word? For my word will go out onto the ends of the earth, and it will be sent out onto divine appointments to raise up a new body of believers. There will be divine appointments for the joining of ministries. There will be divine appointments for the purpose of employment. There will be divine appointments for the purpose of sustenance and growth. There will be divine appointments for the purpose of families. There will be divine appointments for the purpose of waging war against the enemy. There will be divine appointments for the purpose of setting up churches. There will be divine appointments for needed warnings. Whole entire cities will be saved because of these warnings and divine appointments. Broken marriages will be healed. Children will be saved from disaster. Floods will be diverted. Fires and other disasters will be stopped. For even though I will bring these disasters upon the earth, I will also save you out of the midst of them. Be sensitive to my voice and you will hear these things. Thus would say, the Spirit of the Lord."
(The Lord showed me a scene of people carrying torches who were marching. Then I saw huge gears and wheels moving , like what was used in the mechanics and structure of a windmill to keep it moving and going around. I then watched as I saw the foundation of a structure. The blocks of the foundation had just been set onto the ground. However, people were digging in the dirt around the inside of this foundation. they kept digging and digging in the ground there. The scene changed, and now I saw a man who was "building" his own construction. Rough-hewn logs were being placed on top of each other, and they rose completely around this man. The construction continued until it completely enclosed him, and he was no longer seen. I now saw another building that was being constructed. Bricks were being laid one by one on top of each other. Mortar was being laid down in between each brick in the process, as the walls were getting higher and higher. However, then I watched as the entire structure collapsed. Evidently, they weren't properly constructed because mud eventually caused the entire thing to fall. I saw yet another structure. This one was circular in shape like a turret on a castle. Someone was at the top of this structure looking out into the surrounding area. Then I noticed that it was on fire. Something caused a fire to break out in it. I noticed that there was hay or stubble in part of the building, and this was the cause of the fire. He now showed me a huge spiral-shaped building. It reminded me of what the tower of Babel looked like perhaps. (There is a painting done by Peter Bruegel during the 1500's that depicts this very scene.) It wound its way up higher and higher. It was spiral-shaped with stairs leading up around the parameter of its sides so that several people at a time could walk there. A few people were off to the side of this building, on its parameter. I noticed as they pointed to it, saying to themselves what a huge and beautiful building that they had created. Flags were waving in the air from various points along the sides of the building. Then a man began to speak to those who had built it. He was walking along the sides, on the stairs that were constructed as part of this huge monstrosity. He said, "Surely this building will fall to the ground." Suddenly the stairs began to crack, and large sections of the building began to slide and fall. This continued and eventually the entire building was engulfed in sand. In fact as the sides of the building were collapsing, all that could be seen was "sand." I was reminded about the house that was built upon the rock, and that all else that is built is "sinking sand."
(I now saw a huge bell that was ringing back and forth. The Lord then said, "It is time for judgment to come, for judgment must first begin with the household of my church. I have in my word that judgment must first come to my church. What are you all building with? Is it hay or stubble or costly gems? Any system of church that is built upon anything else than my Son will surely fall to the ground. ")
(The Lord now showed me various monuments and buildings around the globe. He showed me the Empire State building. I looked at it from above noticing how tall it was. I saw the Tower of London, and was particularly drawn to the clock that was on its face. I watched as the hands on the clock moved. Then I saw the Taj Mahal, a beautiful building in and of itself. )
He then said:
"All of these are man's achievements in doing something. But are your buildings any better than this? Is it the same type of material that is used in yours? Are you trying to achieve something for your self or is it for my glory? Are you building another Tower of Babel? Be careful how you build. "
(Here the Lord showed me a man who was throwing seed from side to side, "sprinkling" as it were, the ground around him. )
"Here the seed of my word, my prophetic word, is given and sent out in equipping and in bringing the saints unto maturity. And then here, that word is released unto your hearts. And then that word would illuminate those who would receive it. That is what is meant by "my word will go out and accomplish what I sent it out to do."
"I AM giving forth my word unto the ends of the earth. It is being given in a multitude of ways and it is being given to a multitude of people. For then my people will receive several "seed." They will be instructed. They will be warned. They will be encouraged, and they will be directed. They will be comforted and given mercy. They will be judged and they will be exhorted as well. For then my church will be built upon my PILLARS OF TRUTH. What are my PILLARS OF TRUTH? There are four PILLARS OF MY TRUTH. "
1. To extend my love unto a lost and dying world.
2. To learn and to practice putting others above yourself.
3. To seek Me above everything else.
4. To love your neighbor as yourself.
"I infuse and inhabit each and everyone of these pillars. The temple will not stand unless I build it. Blow forth my word, my prophets, and let the sound of it be carried upon the wind. Know the place and function that each of you have. Don't hold back unto what I've given you to speak. Speak it and give it forth as I speak it unto you. Then the enemy will be trampled into the ground, and the seed of what I give you will grow, and will accomplish what I sent it out to do. "
When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: "Death has been swallowed up in victory "Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?" 1CO 15:54-55
(The message, I believe, is prompted by the impending death of my father-in-law. Many of you have prayed for him, and that is deeply appreciated. Last evening my wife called me from the hospital, crying and sharing with me about his present condition and deterioration. He has not been able to talk much because of the spread of the disease, and has whispered to those around him. He continues to eat very little, if nothing at all. I ask you to continue to pray for him and the family. I pray that he doesn't suffer any more than he has to. He has known the Lord most of his life, and has been a loving father, husband, and grandfather. This has been a very difficult time for my wife and others involved, but we know that God works all things together for good for those who are called according to his purpose. )
(The Lord showed me a strange scene: I saw a man, the Lord himself, as He was bent over doing something. I noticed that I was in a room that held perhaps thousands and thousands of drawers. In each one of these drawers, was something, that at first was undistinguishable. Then I realized that they were people who were "going to die." In each drawer there was a wrapper as it were, a sheath. This sheath housed inside of it, a person. The sheaths were wrapped tightly and were not yet opened up yet, because it was not "yet time for this to be done." The one that I was looking at, the Lord himself was unwrapping. The cloth, representative of a person's body, was slowly unwrapped. I then noticed that the person was my father-in-law. )
"From time immortal I have dwelt with my Father, but "there is a time and a purpose for everything that happens under heaven." And it has been said that "there is a time to be born and a time to die." All flesh is as the grass. Your bodies are merely a tent that holds your spirits. There comes a time when all men must leave this earth. I have a time that is ordained for all of you. It is recorded in my book of life. All of your days and all of your words are recorded there. I have written them down, and I have recorded everyone of them. "It is appointed for man once to die, but then comes the resurrection. " I died a mortal death upon this earth, but I was raised unto "new life." I have conquered death and the grave. Where oh death, is your sting? Grave, where is your victory? "
"The grave is yet a marker unto my life immortal. Those of you who believe unto Me will live forever, for your lives are immortal. I have the power over death and the grave. The clock ticks for this world and all of its inhabitants. There is a "time" that is set for everthing. My disciples grieved over Me when I died. But they were given new life and new hope when they saw that I had been raised from the grave. Have hope in Me and do not despair about the journeys in this life, for a chorus is awaiting you. That song is the song of victory over the grave. "
EZE 3:10 And he said to me, "Son of man, listen carefully and take to heart all the words I speak to you. [11] Go now to your countrymen in exile and speak to them. Say to them, `This is what the Sovereign LORD says,' whether they listen or fail to listen."
"When I speak my word to many of you, I want that word to "become part of you." It is one thing to speak my word and to say what I've told you to say, but it is yet another thing for that word to sink into your heart. It is yet another thing for that word to mold you and shape you."
"I AM glad that many of you speak my word for Me. For many of you have not held back. You have gone where I have asked you to go. You have not mixed my word with other things. But what good is it if you speak my word but are not changed on the inside by it? How are you to become like Me? "
"The time is coming, and it is very near the door, when many of you may hold back what I have given you to say. But I would say, to not hold back. You must be tested; your character must be tested. Work together with those that you minister together with. Work with those apostles. Work with those other pastors and teachers. Work with those that I have placed in your midst. You are needed as part of the complete unit. I will tell you that the enemy has tried to stifle you though. You were deceived into thinking that you were to remain silent. How will my word get out if your tongue is stilled? The enemy knows the importance of this word, and he will do everything in his power to silence you. "
"While it is true that I want to perfect many of you in your speaking and in your listening. It does not mean that I want you to STOP. Does a runner stop running so that he might run faster? Does an artist or a musician stop their endeavor so that the music or the painting would become better? "
"How many more times around the track do you have left before I return? I say that the finish line is not far off. With each lap around the track that is left a greater opposition will come to you so take courage and say what I've called you to say. Then my word will go out unto the ends of the earth. Then it will accomplish what I've called it to do. "
"Speak my word and don't hold back. "
ISA 2:3 Many peoples will come and say, "Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths."The law will go out from Zion, the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
ISA 33:16 this is the man who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. His bread will be supplied, and water will not fail him.
(The Lord showed me a man who was blowing a shofar. He lifted it to his lips, blew it, and then laid it down. Then I saw one or two people begin to climb up a pathway, onto a mountain. They were loaded down with all kinds of things on their backpacks. The one I saw in front in particular, had a tourist hat on, and was weighted down with all kinds of things on his pack. He trudged forward. He also had a wheelbarrow carrying various other items. Now I noticed more of a pathway before me. Several were beginning to travel on it, but there was someone who was moving debris from the path. I watched as huge boulders were cast aside from the pathway. A large piece of wood, a log, was lifted and dropped down on the other side of the path as well. Now I watched as this "man" bent over, was working on the pathway. I noticed that he wore a crown on his head. He was dressed in a robe, as a servant. He turned his head to the side, and I said, "Is that you Lord,?" and He replied, "yes." He kept working with a shovel, cleaning and working on the pathway, making sure it was ready to pass. Now the strangest thing began to happen. At first I noticed what I thought was a huge boulder. It began to roll and roll, down the mountain, seemingly crushing everything in site that it hit. As it rolled, it gathered momentum. It appeared to roll over people, crushing them beneath it. Then as I watched, the boulder began to change form. It now was being unfurled as it were. It was not a boulder at all, but a robe, or piece of clothing. I marveled at this and wondered. The Lord then said: "If you are traveling up my mountain, then you must travel on my robe up it." This robe, the robe of the Lord, was then being unfurled before me. It was unrolled yard by yard, and although very beautiful, was also very durable and strong, for anyone to travel upon it. )
He then said:
"Now comes the time for those who are ready to climb up. The beginning journey is ready for those who are ready to climb. "
(Again I saw the path, and it appeared to be ready to walk on. As I looked at it as it wound its way up the mountain, I noticed that there was a stream, a river running between a section of the pathway. One could not cross this on their own without some help. Then "He" took a piece of His robe again and now laid it across the pathway, thus allowing whoever would, to "cross over" to the other side. )
"Those who would, climb, climb my mountain. Go through the forests and follow it up. You will come to various sections in the road where you will have to "decide." Would you go on up, or would you take an easier route? Here the air is still and the sound of angels is around you. Notice others that are with you there as well. There will be treacherous places that you come to, but I will be the "bridge for you." (Here I was shown a huge chasm between two cliff areas. A plank or bridge, was set across for those who would go across onto the other side.)
"I prepare a way before you, so climb my mountain. "
REV 3:7 "To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. [8] I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut.
Transition: 1: A passing from one state, stage, place, or subject to another.
"So, when you lose a job or when you move, I AM involved in that transition. I AM bringing you to a better place. Consider how a door opens and then how it closes. You have walked through many doors in your lives and there are many of them that have eventually closed behind you. Watch as many doors close and others open. This is the way that I guide you, my people. Do not lean unto your own understanding nor try to figure these things out for yourselves. I AM bringing many of you to a new place in Me. The new wine needs new wineskins. Just as you need new wineskins, there are new situations in your lives as well. I AM bringing you from glory unto glory. I AM perfecting my body. Do not look back to the past, but look forward to Me. The past only holds memories of what has happened in your lives. Learn to live in the present time and see how my hand will guide you into all my ways. Then you will see my transition, then you will see my leading. Then you will walk out unto a new day. Look to Me for these things and surely, they will come to pass. This is a year of transition. "
"I breathed into man the breath of life, and I set eternity within him. But even as there is eternity set within the heart of man, there are times and seasons for him to live out his life. There is a clock set within the seasons. There is a clock set for the hills and the valleys. There is a clock set for the moon and the stars to shine. There is a clock set for a child to live out his days. There is a clock set for nations to rise and fall. There is a time set for rulers to rise and rulers to rule. There is a time set for them to live out their reign. "
"Even so, as there are these times that are set, there are rulers who will come to power that they often misuse their power. And I have said in my word that one would exalt himself far beyond what anyone has done it before. For the enemy has been scheming this for some time now. I will tell you something: The people of Israel looked for a king, and they found one who was a head taller than the others. But he was not the rightful king as many of you know. He was full of himself and he was full of corruption. So, even now, many have looked for a leader like this. One who would take them out of their present dangers. One who would help rebuild the present monetary system, and one who would know the strategies of war and of peace. But man cannot take you out of this present danger. Any leader, no matter how great he is, can do this. But know that this man, this ruler, will emerge. Remember that I have spoken about these things in my word. Even now, that man is "coming of age" to this. But you, my holy people, are to look to Me. Rulers rise and fall at my command. "
The Lord then said:
"This woman represented my body of believers. For they knew that I was to die. They were dejected and forlorn because of my impending death. "
(This time I was shown the Lord's body as it had been taken down from the cross. It was wrapped in cloth and was being carried away. A woman had various things in a basket to prepare the body for burial, as was the custom of those at that time. As the body was laid upon a stone in the cave or rock, the body was being anointed with various herbs and oils. Cloth was placed around and on top of it.)
(Now the scene had changed and Christ was on a hillside in the mist of several people. His hands were raised and he was in mid-air. He then said: "Go therefore in the whole world, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost." )
(I saw a scene of an army and it was marching forward very steadily and was in the midst of battle. Arrows were being shot at them from the other side. They were flaming arrows. From the side was a tiger, or a lion. He was running from side to side as the army marched. Then I watched as they beast came upon someone and took the bible away from him. The Lord then said, "Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. ")
He then said, "He has taken away the hope that some of you have had. You fight the battles that are upon you, but you still consider Me to be in that burial chamber. If indeed, I have risen, then many of these battles would not be fought the way they are. A great battle will be fought upon this earth, and finally, your ancient foe will be defeated. The last enemy to be defeated though, is DEATH. Just as that enemy for all of you personally will be defeated, the enemy of DISBELIEF of my resurrection will be defeated. Many of you know of my resurrection in an intellectual way. But if you truly know Me as the LIFE and the RESURRECTION, then you would not face your battles in the same way. "
O LORD, you have searched me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely, O LORD. You hem me in--behind and before; you have laid your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain. Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence?
Matt. 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and the end will come.
[3] Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever. Dan. 12
1JN 4:4 You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. [5] They are from the world and therefore speak from the viewpoint of the world, and the world listens to them. [6] We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood.
"I have sent my missionaries, and my word has gone out to the ends of the earth. I have said that my word would go out unto the ends of the earth, and so it has, from India unto the congo of Africa, from Indonesia unto Pakistan. It has been sent out. It has gone out unto all who would hear it."
"I have mentioned in my word that these things will happen before my return. But I would say, to continue, continue doing the work that I've asked each of you to do. But this word must not be mixed with anything, it must be pure and undefiled. How else will they be able to be saved? Can an idea, an empty philosophy, bring salvation to those who hear it? Surely it cannot. So, to those who go out unto the ends of the earth, I say, let my word be spoken in all of its power, in all of its promises, in all of its truth. Then those who hear it will be changed. For it is only through my word and through my spirit that man would be changed on the inside. But even as my word would go out unto the ends of the earth, the doors of opportunity will not always be open. These things will reach a turning point in the summer of the year 2002. My favor has gone out to those who have given my word unto the ends of the earth. For there will not always be favorable atmosphere. I have asked you to work while there is light, but the night quickly approaches. And while it is true that I have called you to be lights in a dark world, there are strategic times to do things. Know the times and know the seasons. For it has been a time and a season for speaking my word unto the ends of the earth."
"But I AM saying that evil will intensify and will grow in its deviousness. But even as the darkest night is dark, the stars fill the sky. They shine brightly against the backdrop of it, and you are my stars shining brightly in this hour. Shine brightly so that all would see my light in you. Do not let the spirit of the anti-christ blow your light out. His spirit has been at work for some time now. Hold out the word of truth in this hour. Use the sword of the spirit and use it against the enemy, and fight with it. Then you will triumph over him. But do not be ignorant of his devices. For I have called you to be wise as serpents and innocent as doves. Even as I AM greater than he is, so is my spirit that resides in you. Be wise in this hour, my people. Carry the torch that I've placed within you. Let it be a torch that illuminates and shows you the way. "
"This is the last hour, my people, and I have said that these things will intensify, but you are to stand tall in Me. A wise warrior always has his armor ready to put on. "
ZEC 11:15 Then the LORD said to me, "Take again the equipment of a foolish shepherd. [16] For I am going to raise up a shepherd over the land who will not care for the lost, or seek the young, or heal the injured, or feed the healthy, but will eat the meat of the choice sheep, tearing off their hoofs.
(Please note that there are many who serve the Lord unselfishly, and give of themselves in service to others. May we all look inward at our motives and choose to do what is right in His eyes. May we also know that all things are given unto us, not for our own gain, but for the purpose of building up, and preparing the body of Christ to become all that it can become.)
1. I will take away your ministry for a time and a season.
2. You will not have the control over these things for awhile.
3. You will find your comfort and your security in Me alone.
4. You will spend your time reflecting about these things.
5. Some of you will seek other employment
After this time and this season:
1. Your ministry will return back to you.
2. You will learn that I AM in control and not you.
3. Your character will become more like Me.
4. You will have learned a valuable lesson from this.
5. You will give yourself unto Me, and I in turn, will give back unto you.
"For all who minister unto Me, I say to give of yourself to Me. Lay down your lives for those whom you serve. Be willing to know when you are wrong. Seek the help of others. Do not "lord over" your authority with those that you minister to. Minister unto Me and then I in turn, will minister unto you. "
(The Lord showed me a scene where there were several people who were planting a field. There were perhaps 3-4 people who had seeds in their hands and they were tossing them into the ground for planting. I watched as several of these "seeds" fell into the rows where they were to be planted and sown. One of them had a pitcher and was tossing several of the seeds into one of the rows. Then yet another one, took a pitcher of water and was watering the seeds after they had been sown into the ground.) The Lord then said:
(This time the Lord showed me that the seeds had grown up and were now a type of ivy. The vines of this ivy had wound themselves around wooden stakes and had grown to a good size. I also noticed however, that there was a type of weed at the base of this ivy. They had broad leaves and were growing thickly at the base. Again the Lord now showed me several dark colored grapes. They were gathered together into clumps and were in the process of being taken to be made into wine. I then noticed that some of this wine was being poured into a glass. The person tasting this wine seemed to be very pleased with its aroma and flavor. It was a very good bouquet, and had the tint of a subtle rose color to it. I could almost taste the flavor of it as it passed the lips of the one who was drinking it. The glass was held high and I could see the crystal clarity of it as the light passed through it revealing all the various hues and colors of the glass and the wine. I then saw another person who was drinking wine but this one was guzzling it. It was in a different type of crude container and the wine was being spilt down his or her chin and face as it was being drunk. It obviously wasn't being "savored.")
"My dear people, this is an example of my wisdom. Some would savor it. Others would attempt to "use it all up." Drink of it, and savor its flavor. You need this wine of my wisdom at this time.
