25. He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification. Rom. 4
4. We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. Rom. 6
"In this life you will have tribulation..."
(The Lord showed me a rose, which was lying down. I looked at it, and it had several thorns going up and down the stem, while at the top, there were beautiful pink petals. Then my attention was drawn to the petals. As I continued looking at the petals, they opened up continuously in the center.)
"But I ask you to look beyond the thorns and the trials of this life. For the life that I give far exceeds anything that you go through in this life. I have come to give you life and that more abundantly. Do not focus on the trials, but focus on the end result. For they are designed by Me to bring you into my image. Sons of God....be of good cheer, for you will reap and you will triumph. You will gather much and reap much. The plants will grow and mature and bring forth new ones. Your ministries will reap where you have not sown. A great net is being sown for gathering into my kingdom. The last harvest is ready to be gathered in. While you are gathering souls for my kingdom it is also a time for training and teaching. For it is time for the perfecting of the saints. It is time for maturity, and it is time for brotherly love."
"Will I come back for a church without spot or wrinkle, or will I find you fighting amongst yourselves? Be not as little children, but be as kings and queens, for you will reign with Me."
(I saw a picture of a little girl who was sitting down, reading a book in her lap, and looking though the pages.)
"I knew you when you were little children. When you used to read stories about Me in Sunday School. I was there when you went to school. I was there when you were left out of the games that children play. When you looked out the window and thought about other things, I was there. I was there when you were in your adolescence. When you had difficult decisions to make, I was there. When you left your adolescent years and were alone, I was there. All the times you were searching for the answers, I was there. When you looked for Me in a sunset, I was there. In times of sorrow, I was there. When death had passed by you, I was there. In the midst of confusion and chaos, I was there. On your wedding day, I was there. When you said things to your spouse that you shouldn't have, I was there. When you lost your job, I was there. When you and your wife went separate ways, I was there. When you were left alone with your children, and no husband, I was there. When you came back after your many years away from Me, I was there. When you stayed away from Me, I was still there. When you sought to find answers to life's questions in a glass of wine, or in a drug, I was there. When you cried out to Me from the bottom of your despair, I was there. I was there, and I heard those cries. When you walked though the darkness, I was there. When you were alone with no one else around, I was there. When you sinned, I was there. "
"I was there through everything that has happened. Your coming in and your goings out. I will be there and you will stand before Me on that last day. And you will look into my eyes and know that I have always known you. Just as you have a name, so have I. As day unfolds to day, so another day unfolds of Me knowing you. As I have known you, so I ask you to know Me. Then you will know Me as I AM. We will walk through this life with our hands clasped together. I pray that we would be one even as I AM one with the Son. So would you know Me as I AM known? Come into the inner court and know Me."
(The Lord showed me a priest who was standing near the altar. On this altar was a book guided on the sides and the pages, and as I looked, it opened up into another book, and another book, and yet, an other book. They seemed to flow and spread forth as the priest was looking at it.)
"Stand there in my presence and I will blow upon every part of you. Let my priests come before Me and serve Me. This is my charge to you who would come before Me. And then my revelation will flow from one to another."
10. As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, 11. so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. Is. 55
26. But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. John 14
16. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. Col. 3
"You who are on the mountain....shout glad tidings in Zion. Tell them that her hard service is over with. "
"He sits over the earth and watches everything."
"I have instructed my servants the prophets, to speak. To give a word which would "build-up" my body. To replenish the dry land with the rain of my Spirit. The words I give would be like the manna that was gathered in the wilderness. I ask you, my servants, to come before Me."
(The Lord showed me a scene in which I saw the profile of himself, like a giant King, and He was looking down upon His children. There were a few standing in front of Him, waiting for His orders. As I watched then, the Lord gathered up a bowl of water and poured it forth upon these men. As I continued to watch the water, it changed, and there seemed to be many things going on in the water. It began to boil and rise to the surface, and there appeared to be various things in the water. Then out of the water, came other figures, who were garbed in kingly and various robes. I watched these figures, and as they walked, they moved their hands and motioned and spoke.)
"I have instructed some of you to build-up and edify the body of Christ. I have placed my words in you. They have been like fire and burning coals. And some of you have followed my designs in doing this. But I AM calling many of you to other things. For out of the water of my Spirit are coming others. These are those who have been waiting for this time. For they have been in the desert and in caves being prepared for this time. Those of you who have stood before Me in my council, and have given forth my word in obedience, I ask you to help those, and train those who are coming forth. Yes, continue to speak forth my words. Continue to call forth those things and bind them in my Spirit."
(Again, the Lord began to show me some things and here I saw a huge pair of hands motioning to me to come over here and sit down. He then said, "Come and sit down, for many of you have been trained in my Spirit, but it is now time, to begin training others. For school has begun and it is time to get into your seats. )
7. All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles and creatures of the sea are being tamed and have been tamed by man, 8. but no man can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison. 9. With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God's likeness. 10. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers, this should not be. 11. Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? 12. My brothers, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water. James 3
"There are two streams which flow in this earth: One is that one which has come directly from my throne. Here there is no pollution, here there is no defilement, for the water is pure and clean. Here the river flows onward to the sea. The light gathers about its surface, and you can feel the cool breezes. Taste this water, for it is clean and pure. "
"There is another river which flows. Its waters are murky and dark. Every form of defilement can be found there."
The Lord told me to watch, and so I did....He said, "There is a river which flows in every person."
(Here as I watched in the Spirit, He showed me a person's body, and inside was a stream or river which flowed, and seemed to fill the body. Then, I saw the profile of a person's head, and watched as water was being spewed out of their mouth. It came in bursts and there were all kinds of debris and various things which came out of the mouth with this water.)
He then said: "The water which you have just seen, has been polluted. From this person's heart, have come the results of pride, and jealousy, and envy."
(Again, this time the Lord showed me a person's tongue and as I looked at it, it had various sores and places where the surface had become changed from the things which had "spewed-out" of the mouth. It was not a pleasant sight. As strange as it may sound, then, a wheelbarrow was taking and dropping a load of garbage which had collected down below, and was then in the mouth. This was then being dropped outside of the mouth, as to get rid of it. Lastly, I saw a bucket of water which was being raised from above, and this was being used to "wash" the mouth and so, to get rid of the filth.)
"I can by my Spirit, clean the things which have defiled the mouths of my people. But the origin is your hearts, and that is where the work needs to be done. Come to Me and I will clean your hearts of every defilement. Then when you speak, it will be for the purposes of healing and blessing others. "
1. Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. 2. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. Col. 3
"What is there to be found which can satisfy a person's longing?"
"Is there a longing to have your desires filled?
"It is true that I can satisfy the deepest longings....the deepest longings of the human heart."
(The Lord showed me a cantaloupe which was ready to be eaten. It was very ripe and juicy. There were other forms of fruits, and also a cup of something which was ready to be drunk. There seemed to be various forms of food which can satisfy a person's desires or cravings.)
(As I kept watching, I noticed an array of various metals which may have been worn by a military leader of some kind. There were several of them, and they were "set" on a table of some sort. I said, 'What is this?' and He said, "Medals and places of honor.")
(I looked again, and saw a cigarette burning in an ashtray. There was a decanter of glass in the background, ready to fill a wine glass. Most likely, to be filled with wine.)
(Lastly, I saw a bag of gold coins which were many. They completely filled this bag, and poured out onto the floor and surrounding area. There was an overabundance of these coins, and it was as if there was an unlimited amount of them.)
Then the Lord said:
"These are just some of the things that the human heart would long for. They will never satisfy your complete longings. There are longings which only I can fill with my Spirit. Seek those things which are above and are not on this earth. In my gates are to be found things which far exceed the riches of this world. Peace and lovingkindness and wisdom and mercy.... I have come to bring life, and that more abundantly. And while it is true that I will bless my people with the things of this world, there must be a seeking first of my kingdom and my righteousness. For you do not seek the gold, you do not seek the food, you need not even seek love. "
"So, seek first my kingdom and my righteousness, and then all these things will be yours as well. Do you not think that the Heavenly Father knows how to take care of His children? If you would then ask for a loaf of bread, would I then give you a serpent? You as earthly mothers and fathers know how to give good things to your children. How much more then am I able to do this? The cattle on a hundred hills belongs to Me. The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. You are but caretakers of my vineyard."
"So seek those things which are at my right hand."
(Lastly, the Lord showed me two crystal-clear glasses which were raised and set in the air. There was a plate such as would be used during communion, for the bread, and here was set the these wafers. A very fine liquid was being poured into the glasses to drink from. And in front of this was a very beautiful opal bracelet, which encircled around the scene of the two glasses and the bread on the plate. )
He said then,
"This represents my eternal food and wine. It will last forever for it has been poured-out for many. And I have made you as kings and queens to reign with Me. These are the things which will satisfy your deepest longings. "
"Seek those which are above, for they are eternal."
2. Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction. II. Tim. 4
6. Now, brothers, I have applied these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, so that you may learn from us the meaning of the saying, "Do not go beyond what is written." Then you will not take pride in one man over against another. 7. For who makes you different from anyone else? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not? I Co. 4
(I saw a young man who was reaching for a book in a bookshelf, and he took one of these books out of the bookcase and looked at it. It had a very ornate cover of gold flourishing and designs, and was seemingly very beautiful. He then placed the book back on the shelf where he had found it.)
The Lord then said, "Put them all back into their proper places."
"Many of the books in a library may have their reasons and purposes; they may be helpful in one way or another, but nothing compares to my everlasting word. Do not seek to know more than is in my word. My word has all that is necessary for living a FULL LIFE. Many have gone astray by following after things beyond what is stated in my word. My word is to be used as a measuring rod. While it is true that my Spirit gives forth messages; they must be substantiated by my word. So when a word or a message comes forth, then judge it by my word and the Spirit by which it speaks. "
"In the same way that there are many different types of books, so there are many different kinds of messages from Me. Some are very hard-edged, some are poetic and beautiful, and others unveil things that have been behind a curtain. It has been said to 'Not judge a book by its cover,' and truly, this is so. And you are not to judge by appearances, but I have called you to judge the words that come forth. For just as every book is not good to read, so there are words that do not "build-up" and are NOT from Me. So let every book and every word have its place. Then will my library be filled with a balanced selection. Then you will know what to read and what not to read."
13. When you cry out for help, let your collection [of idols] save you! The wind will carry all of them off, a mere breath will blow them away. But the man who makes me his refuge will inherit the land and possess my holy mountain." 14. And it will be said: "Build up, build up, prepare the road! Remove the obstacles out of the way of my people." 15. For this is what the high and lofty One says-- he who lives forever, whose name is holy: "I live in a high and holy place, but also with him who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite. Is. 57
"There is a way that is way up in the mountains that I AM asking many of mine to follow. It is a way that is rugged and has not been trod by many. "
(I saw a man who had a shovel, and he was clearing the way for a pathway to walk upon. As he dug into the ground, a tree was pushed to the side. He placed his shovel into the ground and lifted up a huge rock which had blocked his path. Various things were dug and lifted out of the way so that he could walk on this pathway.)
"Behold, there is a way that is being prepared for my servants to walk upon. It is a way that has been cut within the ground and the rock. It is a way that has been prepared for each of you. It is a way that only you can travel. This way may appear to be arduous and difficult, but it is necessary, for in it, there are many things necessary for your lives. "
(The Lord showed me a mountain which was looming in the distance, and as I looked at this mountain, I noticed a pathway which encircled around the mountain all the way to its top. There were a few people, very much like pioneers, who were traversing the mountain. As I continued to look at this scene, there were then clouds which were in front of the mountain, and I began to look below at the valley and area at the base of this mountain. At first it appeared to be beautiful and lush, but there was a figure who was dressed in jewels who was dancing. [The Lord then said: "This is the state of many of my people down below, for there is dancing and revelry."]
"This woman represents the state of affairs of much of my body. Very much like how my body was caught-up in the worship of the golden calf. For there is much idolatry in the church today. For everyone wants to be entertained, and I don't want entertainment in my house. This is the state of affairs in my body. There will be those who choose the pathway up the mountain, and there will be those who live for entertainment below."
"Which road will you take?"
But whenever he entered the LORD's presence to speak with him, he removed the veil until he came out. And when he came out and told the Israelites what he had been commanded, they saw that his face was radiant. Then Moses would put the veil back over his face until he went in to speak with the LORD. Ex. 34:34-35
We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to keep the Israelites from gazing at it while the radiance was fading away. 2 Co. 3:13
"I have come unto my people to give you the Spirit of "friends." For I no longer call you servants, because the servant does not know the reason why he was sent. He may know the marching orders I give him. He may know the hope to which he was called. He may know the hope of his calling. He may know Me in the obedience to how he has served Me. He may know Me in a lot of different ways; but to know Me intimately is to know Me as a friend. I have called you friends because you have come to know Me. I have called you friends because you have come to know my heart. You have come to know my longings. You have come to know my sorrow. You have looked upon those things that I have shown you. You have seen the grief that I have had for a lost and dying world. You have known of my judgment, and yet of my mercy. For even though my hand has been outstretched and ready for judgment, my mercy has been shown as well. I would want to know you as "face to face." My friend, Moses knew Me in this way. His face shown after he had been in my presence. They had to put a veil over his face because of how it shown. But behold....the veil has been taken off. I speak to you "face to face" and no longer in riddles. Come with Me into the inner court and hear of my longings. There you will know Me and see Me as I AM. Let the veil be lifted off. "
"I have called you my prophets, as my friends. To know Me intimately as a friend and a brother. Sit beside Me beside the still waters and hear my voice. For I will pour forth my speech as the mountains and the streams. The wind blows and no man knows of its origin. You may see the effects of it. You may see a leaf rustle; you may see various things as they are "blown." It is the same way in knowing Me. For behind the wind, and behind the veil, I AM. Know Me as an intimate one would another. For even as I AM one with the Son, I ask you to be one with us. Then will our friendship be as we are. Then you will know my heart. Then we will be one as we were meant to be. This is the generation I long for. This is the type of people I long to be with. Come to know Me in this way. Sit and listen and we will share our hearts. I no longer call you servants, but friends."
