So many of my people are just looking for the gifts. They think that merely going through the motions, and displaying the gifts I've given to them, will make them into a perfect vessel. Why do you think I've spent so much time purifying the motives of the heart? Why do you think I've spent so much time refining you through the fire? It is to make you more like Me. Consider for a moment, a person who has been given fine jewelry. A "gift" has been given to them; something they can wear around their neck. Something which will "sparkle" and "shine." Something when others see them, which shows what they have been given. They wear it proudly and display it as something which is uniquely their own. And yet another person, may have this same piece of jewelry, or perhaps an earring, or a bracelet, and they do not "show" it off. Wear what I've given unto you, and "display" it, but "display" it with FAITH, and HOPE, and LOVE. Without these, your jewelry will not "sparkle" or "shine." Without these, your jewelry will "weight" you down. With these, what I've given unto you, will take on more of a "glow" and "depth."
I want all of my servants to be "dressed" in the finest jewelry. I want what I've given unto each of them, to "shine" with the radiance of my Father's face. Take your jewelry and wash it in the streams of my river. Let my Holy Spirit cause it to "sparkle" and "shine." Then truly, what is said and done will give glory back unto Me. Give your gifts unto Me and I will perfect them. Then you will not longer look into a mirror "dimly," but face to face. These three abide---FAITH, HOPE, and LOVE, but the greatest of these is LOVE."
(Then I saw what looked to me like the aftermath from a nuclear bomb. There were piles of buildings and various other things, where there once was order. The area had turned to waste.)
"Destruction.....there will be destruction in the land. The days are drawing nigh to the end of all things. Do not be caught unaware from what will happen. My people...it is time to prepare and get ready. The bell is ringing, and it is calling all. There has been the liberty bell which has rung in this country. For it rang for freedom; freedom from oppression, freedom for government. But the greatest freedom is the kind that I give. For I tell you, that the freedom that this country once had, will be taken away. For you have followed after everything else except Me. You have thought that the strength of your own arm will save you. Your advances in medicine and technology will not save you. Your horoscopes or tarot cards will not either. In ancient times I had a man build an ark so that his family and him could escape from the flood. The wickedness had spread so far.
"Your towers of Babel are falling.....Your buildings will crumble to the ground. And yet, a remnant will be chosen. A people who have honored Me, not only with their lips, but with their hearts. You have gone to the moon, and you have even replicated tissue. You can send messages on the internet in a second. Advancement has been achieved in many areas, but your families are still falling apart. Violence has grown, and there is perversion of every kind.
"Come home....I AM ringing the bell to come home. For in Me there is a safe habitation, and you will escape the wrath which is to come. In Me there is a sanctuary. Come into the ark and find safety from the storm."
(I saw a building which looked like the Tower of Babel, and it was crumbling, and all of its stones were falling to the ground. The devastation of it was very great.)
"These things will occur.....be found in safety."
"Built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord." Eph. 2:20-21
(I was shown several layers of a stone foundation. It was made-up of a type of limestone rock. Then I saw the interior of a church. It had many beautiful wooden pews, brightly- painted walls, and various other objects in it. Then the scene changed to the basement, where I was shown the foundation. It had holes in it, and the mortar was missing in places, and it was done very crudely.)
"The very structure of a building needs its foundation to be solid. For too long, you have been building higher and higher on this building. You have not considered the WEIGHT of what you have been building with. Beautiful buildings filled with beautiful things. You spend much on your carpets and your walls. You have imported the finest wood for your altar piece. You give and give to increase your own building. The exterior and the interior of this building seems to be in good shape. But if one was to go down into the basement, they would see some amazing things. The walls which you thought were sturdy and strong, are weak. For there are holes in the foundation and cracks in the mortar throughout it. The reason this has happened is that you have tried to do this without the help of my apostles and prophets. What is to be done with this building? Can you lift-up the entire structure and make a new foundation? I tell you.....it would be better to start all over again. Consider how a great monument is built. Its base is set and secured very strongly. Otherwise, it would topple to the ground. Go back to the original blueprint, and rethink how this building can be created. And then, it will be sturdy and strong, and its height will be measured by its base."
"But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God--having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them." II Tim. 3:1-5
I see these things, and yet, there is a remnant---a people who have given their lives unto Me. These will ride with Me into victory, on that great and dreadful day when I return. The sun will indeed, go dark, and the moon will turn to blood. Men's hearts will fail them, and they will look upon him whom they have pierced. So...given the urgency of all these things, what can a man do? He can devote himself to prayer, and he can run the race which is set before him; casting aside every weight of sin which easily besets him. All who run in a race, race to win. Those who have gone before you, have passed the baton on to you. There is a great cloud of witnesses round about you. Go past drinking milk, and go onto maturity. Press-on to the high calling of my Son, JESUS. Make the most of the time, for the days are evil. Strive to live at peace with all men. Do not harbor any resentment or bitterness, and learn to forgive, and love the brethren. When you do these things, then the world will truly know that you are my disciples."
"In a forest there are many different types of trees. There are some who have grown-up tall, and they are next to the river. They have found nourishment in that life-giving stream. Their branches have gone out wide. The birds of the field have found a place to nest there. There are others who are along the pathway. Many have walked along that pathway, and this tree which has stood there for many years, has become dried-up and withered. The reason they have become dried-up is because they have not helped others. They have become selfish and self-absorbed. Their bark which once was healthy and strong, has lost its color.
There are still others, who are on the edge of this forest, and they see "wide and long." For they see out into the surrounding area; and they have provided "eyes and ears" to those around them. There are various types of other trees which are beginning to grow. They have been young saplings under the care and guidance of some of these other trees. They too, have begun to "hear and see." Some are by the river, and some, are along the edge of this forest. There are places where the sun has permeated these trees. It has come through the tops of these trees, and has shed its light to reveal all that is there. There are other places where that sunlight has not come through, and every evil practice and work is manifested there. And because some of those leaders who are self-absorbed, and think only of themselves, have not realized the darkness which is around them. And because of this, I will take their leadership away from them.
Oh my leaders...be a light in the midst of the forest. Be there as a guide to those around you. Give of yourselves, and do not become "self-absorbed." Then those who come to you will find life in Me."
(I was shown a very long horn which was small and tapered at one end, and was bell-like at the other end. It seemed to be made out of an animal's horn. Someone was blowing this horn from the edge of a wall. Then I saw the tops of houses in a village---there was snow on the streets and on the rooftops, but there wasn't anyone in sight.)
"Will you hear the sound? For my horn is being blown throughout this land. I was given palm branches when I came into Jerusalem on my first time. I came as the King that they were looking for. I came on a simple donkey to show my humility. For they were looking for an earthly king; one which would release them from their bondage. But truly I say to you, I AM not coming back to you as an earthly king this next time. I have said that I will come back with a sword, and with that sword, I will sever between evil and righteousness. It will pierce many hearts, and it will tear asunder the callousness and the greed which is so prevalent. The book will be opened-up; the Lamb's book of life, and those who have been washed in the blood of this Lamb, will be with Me in my house. As I ride into battle on my white horse, so will you also ride with Me.
"Come...says the Spirit...." and, "Come...says the Son...." But in the meantime, blow the horn, and warn the people.
(I was shown an army----thousands of them, dressed in medieval-clad garments, marching forward, approaching another group. They stopped, and then, all of them, began shooting arrows and other weaponry, over into a wall.)
"For an army is approaching. There are many forms of armies. There are those who would attempt to take a city; and there are many forms of weapons. Earthly wars and battles have been fought, but I would say, that there are some which are coming which will be more catastrophic. But the greatest battle is the battle my people face within. When troubles come, and they will, remember to set your hearts and minds on those things above. Then your castle, and your temple, will not be besieged."
"I will tend them in a good pasture, and the mountain heights of Israel will be their grazing land. There they will lie down in good grazing land, and there they will feed in a rich pasture on the mountains of Israel. I myself will tend my sheep and have them lie down, declares the Soverign Lord." Ez. 34:14-15
